Alumni Highlights
Guadalupe S Cisneros Arroyo 2018 Chicana/o Studies AA
Guadalupe transferred to CSULB and earned a BA in Chicanx Studies with a minor in Women and Gender Studies and is currently a PhD student at UC Irvine in the Global and International Studies program. “When I first started at Fullerton College I knew I wanted to get into higher education but didn’t really know how to go about it. I was able to transfer after six years at FC with the help of all my mentors. They were there for me and helped me navigate higher education as a first-generation college student. I really felt like I was a part of a community, and I would not be in graduate school now without the foundation I was given at Fullerton College. I love Fullerton College so much I want to come back and teach.”
